| Unusual and rare boxed gilded bronze strut clock by the famous makers Howell James and Co.
This strut clock is in the form of a padlock. The design was registered and the clock was illustrated in the Official Illustrated Catalogue of the International Exhibition 1862, British Division Vol 1 Class XV, Horological Instruments p65-86.

Regration kite mark for 1st February 1861 or it is possible 1-19th September 1857 where the year letter R was also used for that period. |
